Who We Are
Bill Magill
Bill Magill is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD, where he has taught courses on tech commercialisation, valuation, private equity, and fundraising. He co-created INSEAD's Sci-Tech Accelerator, which was awarded 2012 Innovation of the Year by the AMBA. Bill worked for 20+ years in Silicon Valley as a venture capitalist, Wall Street analyst, and market consultant. He started his career working on laser systems at Lawrence Livermore Labs (achieved world's first nuclear fusion positive-energy reaction, 2021!) and the Star Wars space defence programme.
Adrian Johnson
Adrian Johnson is an Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at INSEAD, where he has run start-up bootcamps, taught the legendary "Your First Hundred Days" MBA/EMBA course, developed interactive, immersive experiential learning tools, including most recently an AI-driven education platform. He also directs and teaches on Executive Education Programmes focussing on innovation, disruption and digital transformation. He has co-founded several media and technology companies, holds an Engineering degree from Imperial College London and an MBA from INSEAD.
